Most of us doing outsourcing are probably going to be doing transcription more than translation. Rev’s staff of freelance transcriptionists are mostly in the U.S., UK and Philippines. Turn around times are 24hours and 98% accuracy on audio translation is hard to beat. There’s lots of variation in accents and pronunciation so you are never going to get a perfect transcription, but from the recommendations I’ve heard, no one comes closer.
